Explanation:

Artificial colors are prevalent in our daily life. They are in our lipstick, toothpaste, nail polish, hair dyes and tanning spray, and they’re also added to medications and nutritional supplements to help us differentiate between the various pills in our pill organizer. And they create the colors in our clothing, bath towels, bed linens, shoes, carpets – their application is immeasurable.

From soda to salmon, the food industry adds more than 15 million pounds of artificial food dyes into our food supply each year. Artificial dyes are added to so many foods, we hardly think twice about how Froot Loops get their bright colors or what makes cola brown. Dyes can be found in thousands of foods, including breakfast cereal, candy, and chewing gum.

Harmful effects:

The three most widely used culprits—Yellow 5, Yellow 6 and Red 40—contain compounds, including benzidine and 4-aminobiphenyl, that research has linked with cancer. Research has also associated food dyes with problems in children including allergies, hyperactivity, learning impairment, irritability and aggressiveness.

We are in the world where only development of electronic waste takes place but the development of environment also takes place.

There are seven ways by which we can minimize the hazardous waste. One, avoid household cleaner. Two, use natural fertilizer. Three, avoid pesticides. Four, use water based paints. Five, avoid toxic cleaner. Six, use natural cleaner and floor polish. Seven, dispose the waste safely. First six ways cannot be adopted as we are marching towards the development of industrialization. The seventh way can be adopted as a responsible citizen we can dispose the waste safely. There are three techniques for disposing the hazardous waste properly. Burning of these wastes is one method. Recycling the waste is second method. The third method is some of them can be degradable.
