Plastic when disposed in water is not only harmful to marine life but also humans.Turtles find the plastic bags to be jellyfish in the ocean.Many seabirds take the small pieces of plastic to be fish eggs.As a result fish also start consuming small plastics and when these fish end up on our dinner table we get affected too.Floating plastics can be mistaken for food and be consumed by marine animals causing damage to their digestive sysytem.
