Effects on humans. Due to the use of chemical additives during plastic production, plastics have potentially harmful effects that could prove to be carcinogenic or promote endocrine disruption. Some of the additives are used as phthalate plasticizers and brominated flame retardants.

_plastic is widely used in our day to day life starting from a pen to a polythene bag in which we carry fruits and books through convenient in day to day use , it her posed an alarming threat to the environment plastic is non biodegradable and do not decay by biological actions of microbes. they remain in the same state as we throw them. so dumps of garbages are created making a city and soil polluted .this carries the toxic Acid which leads to plastic hazards .
