What are the ill effects of overusing the fertilizer ?what suggestions will you give to the farmers to use tje fertile judiciously

over using of fertilizers make the soil very harmful for our crops. so we have to suggest the farmers to stop using the fertilizers.

after overall the fertality remains then also there will be 
fault in coming output(food)..
Suggestion-1.We should use good quality fertilzers.
                   2.We should use fertilizer according to the given
                        or needed proportion for specific planted plant...
