Under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act (PCA), certain new rules for cattle trade has been laid down recently. As per the rules, Cattle trade that includes trading of Cow, Buffaloes, Bulls and Camels are banned and restricted under open market. The trading has been banned only for those cattle which will be slaughtered later on.
