The RTI Act empowers Indians to do the following:

•Request any information from any public office

•Take copies of the documents

•Inspect those documents

•Inspect the progress of works and

•Take samples of materials used at work sites

Rbi looks at the functioning of the banks and checked the minimum cash balance.

It notes down the cash deposits of commercial banks.

It says that the banks are not supposed to work for profit making but also to help those small farmers.. traders.. business man and to all small borrowers.
