Heya ☺
◆ The first provision declares that every person is free to profess , practice and propagate his/her own religion.
◆ The second provision under Article 26 grants every religious group , the right to manage it's own affairs in matters of religion. They can also establish and maintain institutions for religious and charitable purposes but without compromising with public order and morality.
◆ According to the third provision , there shall be no state religion. The state will not compel any person to pay any taxes which are specifically to be spent for the promotion or maintainence of any particular religion.
◆ The fourth provision is very significant which lays down that no religious instruction can be imparted in any educational institution which is wholly run by the state funds.
Thanks
