- Tamarind paste
- small lemon -2
- red chilli -2
- green chilli -3
- urad dal -1 teaspoon
- chana dal -1 teaspoon
- mustard seeds -1/2 teaspoon
- cumin seeds -1/2 teaspoon
- curry leaves -2
- diced onion - 1 cup
- sugar -1/2 teaspoon
- salt - as per taste
- methi powder -1/4 teaspoon
Ingredients of Onion pakodi
- slicing Onion - according to needs
- baking soda- optional
- salt - add to taste
- red chilli Powder - 1 teaspoon
- green chilli -2 (small chopped)
- coriander powder- 1 teaspoon
- cumin seed powder-1 teaspoon
- oil - for frying
Ingredients of Jalebi
- 3 cup of flour
- 2 cup thick curd
- 1/2 pinch baking soda
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 2 cup sunflower oil
- 3 cup sugar
- 3 cup water
- 5 strand saffron
- 4 drops rose essence
- 1/2 teaspoon powdered green cardamon
- 1/2 teaspoon edible food colour
Ingredients if Coconut chutney
- 3/4 cup grated coconut
- 1/8 inch ginger piece
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 green chillies
- salt ( add to taste )
- 1/2 cumin powder
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves (optional)
- half lemon juice (optional)
tadka of coconut chutney
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 1 red chilli broken
- 1 curry leave
- 1/4 teaspoon Rai or mustard
- 1 pinch hing
