indian soldiers were in large number who were present in large number... british planned of removing the unity among them.. so they provided them with 'Royal Enfield guns' the bullets of these were made of fat of cow and pig....cow is scared animal for hindu and pig is prohibited for muslim... this caused a lot of unrest in military force. they revolted against they british officer...
