1. person marketing:  In person marketing the business aims to create a favorable opinion of a celebrity or authority figure.

2. place marketing: In Place marketing is a strategy used to increase customer interest in a specific place, such as a tourist attraction.

3. event marketing: In event marketing, sporting events and charity events are targeted at a specific market, or a company may sponsor a sporting event to attach their name to a cause.

4. cause marketing: When an organization wishes to bring attention to a specific social issue, this is known as cause marketing.

5. organisation marketing: In organization marketing, a government agency or a service organization, such as a hospital wishes to gain support for their cause.
