Today, Govt. has open shops and medical institutions in rural areas but the required results are not being obtained.
People who need a medical help are not getting one.
People die due to improper health care.
In rural areas, People are poor. They don't have enough money to go to urban areas and get a private checkup.
They have to be satisfied in what they are getting.

So, we can say, health care facilities are poor in rural areas.

Compared to China or other countries. India spend very little on health. Many of the public health centres in the rural belts do not have doctor or nurse.
