On eating, carbohydrates are processed in the alimentary canal and liver and supplies to the tissue in the form of Glucose.
2 } Lipids :-
it provides two times more energy ( 9 kcal / g)
than carbohydrates.
3 } Proteins :-
play a vital role in growth, development, and repair of the body.
4} Minerals :-
it consist = sodium, mg, S, Ca, Fe.. etc
