i'm not sure!! i think solar cell ,solar panel,solar furnaces!!
solar cell are most efficient and offer efficiency upto 30per.
solar cell are made up of semiconductors like silicon and gallium!!
to increase efficiency , a large number of such cells are arranged so that they could collect large amount of solar energy!!

cons:
initial cost high.
