Least Count = ( 300 - 200 ) / 10

Least Count = 10

Reading arrow at 5th segment, So reading is 250 mA.

1 mA = 1/1000 A

250 mA = 250/1000 A = 0.25 A

Least Count at Voltmeter = ( 3 - 2 ) / 10 = 0.1

Reading arrow at 4th segment, So reading is 2.4 V

R = V/i

R = 2.4 V/0.25 A

R = 240/25 Ω

R = 9.6 Ω

Answer : 9.6 Ω
