1.The least count error is the error associated with the resolution of the instrument. A metre ruler may have graduations at 1 mm division scale spacing or interval. A Vernier scale on a caliper may have a least count of 0.1 mm while a micrometer may have aleast count of 0.01 mm.

2.200 ohm should be connected in parallel to get an equivalent.resistance of 50ohm.

=] least count =  { \frac{value}{number of division} }

.

So,

mA meter

=] Least count =  { \frac{100}{10} }

= 10 mA

And,

dor V meter

=] Least count =  { \frac{1}{10} }

= 0.1 v

Current = 250 mA = 0.250 A

EMF = 2.4 V

So,

R =  { \frac{V}{I} }

=  { \frac{2.4}{0.25} }

= 9.6 π

Thanks
