ANSWER :

The legal standards for different milks to sell  we have to maintain certain legal standards (PFA standards) for different milks e.g.  cow milk should have 4% fat  and  8.5% SNF (solids not fat)  and buffalo milk  6%  fat and  9% SNF .  

The legal standards for other milk products are as follows :  

Toned milk should have 3%fat and 8.5% SNF (solids not fat) , double toned   milk 1.5 %  fat and  9% SNF and standardized milk should have 4.5% fat and 8.5 %  SNF (solids not fat) .
