Quality assurance in the garment industry is needed at three main stages of production:
1) Pre-production stage: At this stage, the quality of the raw material is checked and after the quality assurance team is satisfied, the cloth is used to make the garments. The type of cloth is a major checkpoint because not every cloth is suitable for every dress.
2) Production: During the production stage, the garment is again checked if the cloth selected for stitching the dress material will serve the purpose or not.
3) After the production stage: At this stage, the quality assurance team checks the garment for any possible defects or mid stitching or any kind of problem in the clothing, which makes it unsuitable to sell.
