what are the limitation of ohms law??

mahesh4668: 1) This law cannot be applied to unilateral networks. A unilateral network has unilateral elements like diode, transistors, etc., which do not have same voltage electric current relation for both directions of current. 2) Ohm's law is also not applicable for non – linear elements.

↪ Limitations of Ohm's law :

▶ Ohm’s law is valid for metal conductors, provided the temperature and other physical conditions remain constant.

▶ Ohm’s law is not applicable to gaseous conductors.

▶ Ohm’s law is also not applicable to semi-conductors such as Germanium and Silicon.
