  1. An accelerated charged particle moving in a circular path would always radiate energy continously.

Thus the revolving electron would lose energy continously and get directed towards the positively charged nucleus. Eventually crash into the nucleus

If this is true, the atoms would become highly unstable and the matter wouldn't exist in the form that we see it now.........

Rutherford's model was unable to explain the stability of an atom. According to Rutherford's postulate, electrons revolve at a very high speed around a nucleus of an atom in a fixed orbit. However, Maxwell explained accelerated charged particles release electromagnetic radiations.
