A globe is a small representation of the earth. One of the disadvantages of using a globe is that is too big and bulky to be used as compared to a map. To find an exact place becomes very difficult and clumsy in a globe. Because of its size, it is very difficult to carry and handle it. One part of the earth is viewed at one time. The whole view is impossible to view as compared to the view of the map.
