M-Commerce (or mobile commerce) is the next generation of e-Commerce having a great deal of benefits for both the user and the owner. The average definition goes like: buying and selling of different kinds of stuff via mobile devices making it easier for customers to make purchases and bring additional profit to the business owner.

When something new appears on the horizon we always try to study it, to try, to make comparison and of course to find its benefits and disadvantages. The same is with m-Commerce. Though here we suppose to talk about some negative things still I would like to start with what we can gain from m-Commerce:

1. new cstomers engagement;

2. increase of sales;

3. better customer experience;

4. direct connection to customers via push notification or e-mail;

5. tailored content;

6. customer loyalty;

7. deeper analysis of customers demands;

8. cost reduction and increase of productivity;

9. competitive (technical) in regard to marketing opportunities.

"Before e-commerce was the trend that was gaining popularity and now it is m-commerce and even though it is becoming quite prominent, it does have a few limitations.

Screen: When the screen of a mobile phone is compared to that of desktop or laptop, it is marginally small.

And this makes it difficult to navigate to the area one desires to be at.

Habit: It is a new thing which people are a little afraid of.
