Limitation of rights and fundamentalfreedoms. (e) the relation between thelimitation and its purpose and whether there are less restrictive means to achieve the purpose. (c) shall not limit the right or fundamental freedom so far as to derogate from its core or essential content.

Constitution of India puts reasonable restriction on Fundamental rights.
when Constitution guarantees Freedom of Speech it put restriction on the fact that nobody abuses this power i.e. by defaming other individual in the pretext of freedom of speech.
