We know that It is impossible to achieve such a control without right planning. Therefore, planning becomes necessary to keep a good control. Helps to achieve objectives: Every organization has certain objectives or targets. It keeps working hard to fulfill these goals.

However, there are some disadvantages

• that business owners and managers should be aware of as they consider, or embark upon, business planning activities. These include not involving the right people, spending too much time on non-essential issues, and poor accountability and implementation.
