What are the limitations to using orac values to estimate antioxidant activity in vivo

Explanation:

The higher the ORAC value, the greater the “Antioxidant Power”. This assay is based on generation of free radical using AAPH (2,2-azobis 2-amidopropane dihydrochloride) and measurement of decrease in fluorescence in the presence of free radical scavengers.
