1. Limited participation of Dalits.

2. No participation of Muslims.

3. Dominant role of Hindu Mahasabha and Sanatanis.

4. Clash between B.R. Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi.

5. Participants with different aspirations.

Explanation:

1. Limited participation of Dalits:-

In civil disobedience movement dalit participation was limited especially in Nagpur region of Maharashtra due to strong organisation.

2. No participation of Muslims:-

After non-cooperation khilafat movement muslims felt alienated from Congress. This lead to no participations of Muslims in Civil disobedience movement.

3. Dominant role of Hindu Mahasabha and Sanatanis:-

Congress was very close to Hindu Mahasabha. Hindu mahasabha opposed the compromise between Congress and the Muslim league which made Muslims not to participate in this movement.

Fear of Sanatanis lead to ignorance of Dalits.

4. Clash between B.R. Ambedkar and Mahatma Gandhi:-
