And then my heart with pleasure fills, And dances with the daffodils. The poet has used it for create rhyme and effective which also makes one of the classic poems. The common figure of speech used are like, personification, simile, hyperbole and alliteration.

Fluttering and dancing in the breeze. Simile: Comparison of the speaker's solitariness to that of a cloud (line 1).
