Seemapuri is a place in the outskirts of Delhi. The rag-pickers scrouge gold in the garbage dumps. For the children garbage is wrapped in wonder and for the elders, it is a means of survival. A group of women say that they pitch their tents, where they find food. They become their transit homes. There the children grow and participate in the process of survival.
