humans are different from other animals in terms of IQ. still majority of animals stick to their instinct and follow the methods of ages. as far as eyesight is concerned, we know well about the vision and functioning of humans only but not any other animal well. so it is out of point and totally irrelevant to determine or conclude the evolution of a character which we never know or determined earlier.
