There are mainly two main causes which leads to economic problem:-

1. Production method-There are many methods of production.These ways are chosen by the society itself.Due to the increase in technology people tries preferring machines than hand made so it is difficult to chose the production technique.

     2.Resource allocation-The most basic problem of the economy today is

         the allocation of resources.It becomes difficult to satisfy the needs of

         the people and to produce the right goods.
