Alpha decay :--
Alpha decay is part of radioactive decay. in this process alpha particle (helium-4 Neuclious) emits from radioactive ray.
Beta decay :-
Beta decay is positive proton's decay into a Newtron and be daughter nucleus.Same mass but opposite charge.
So main difference is:-
Alpha decay forms new element with two fewer protons and two fewer neutrons.Beta decay forms new element with one more proton and one fewer neutron.
