Rural area--

1. Govt. can lend money or banks can provide a loan to farmers to purchase seeds, fertilisers and other equipments. This will increase the production and the import business will prosper thus creating job for traders and transport.

2. Govt can provide wells and irrigation systems to farmers. Now, th farmers can take 2 crops a year and will have more work in their farms.

3. Govt can open a cold storage where farmers can store their produces.



Urban areas--

1. Many schools do not go school. If they go to school, We will need more buildings, teachers and other staff.

2. If health situation of an area is to be improved, a health centre can be opened where nurses and doctors can offer their services.

3. Every state has some potential. If facilities like tourism or IT industries are improved, more employment can be generated.
