The main problems of human capital formation in India can be classified as:-
1) Education system:- The Indian education system is not only obsolete but also broken. Recently certain steps taken such as removal of repetition on failure till 8 standard and canceling of IIT-JEE examinations. Currently the IIT is using JEE-Advance for entrance which does not have the standard equivalent to previous system.
2) Lack of right to recall:- Due to lack of right to recall government officials such as IAS, IPS and Judges and also politicians harass small industrialist and entrepreneurs and they have to waste a lot of time working on dealing with them and bribing them and they cannot concentrate on work. If there business grows more people will get employment and develop more skills.
3) Lack of remuneration to teachers:- Teachers do not get enough employment so the best people of the field don't come to teaching.
