Sources of constitution are-
1. Foundation document-was "the government of India act,1935" passed by the parliament in London
•salient features-
a. It provided for the parliamentary system.
b. It provided administrative aspects from the structure of the government.
C. Created centralised federal system.
d. Provided for the election of legislatures assemblies.

2. Constitution of other countries for-
• fundamental rights (civil and political rights);removal of the president, judges of the high court and Supreme Court, independence of judiciary. It was taken from US constitution.

• directive principles of the state policy was taken from Irish constitution.

•concurrent list was taken from Australian constitution.

•fundamental duties were taken from the Russia constitution.
