Hi friend ❤
The concept aerobic and anaerobic respiration are.
When the breakdown of glucose food occurs with the use of oxygen ,it is called aerobic respiration.
Glucose___oxygen _____co2 +water + energy.
For example -Human ,dogs ,cats and all the animals and birds ,insects ,grasshopper etc many more and most of the plants carry out aerobic respiration by using oxygen of air.All the organisms which obtain energy by using aerobic respiration cannot live without the oxygen .
Here example are human beings ,animals , birds , insects etc...
When the breakdown of glucose occurs without the use of oxygen ,it is called anaerobic respiration ..
Glucose -___no oxygen __alcohol +co2 +water + energy..
For example -Yeast is an organisms which can live without the oxygen of air because it obtains energy by the process of anaerobic respiration .
(2) Anaerobic respiration takes place in our muscles cells during any vigorous physical activity when oxygen gets used faster in the muscles cells tha can be supplied by the blood.
(3)We can relief from cramps in muscle caused by heavy exercises by taking a hot water or a massage ..

Explanation:
- Glycolytic breakdown of glucose in to pyruvic acid.
- Oxidative decarboxylation of pyruvic acid to acetyl Co-A .
- Krebs cycle.
- Terminal oxidation and phosphorylation in respiratory chain. It occurs inside the mitochondrial matrix.
