The habitat of the tribe people are usually forests. They live in exploited circumstances like the hilly regions or deep forests which is far from cities and civilization. Even government forces its monopoly over the forests, and they have to change their habitat as forests are cut in the name of development. They have to move from their land even without proper compensation.
Mining industries have also colonized the forests. The tribes in North-Eastern states of India have a much worse economic and social conditions as compared to other tribes.
