What are the mathematical contributions of the famous mathematician Satyendranath Bose?

There are not many major contributions made by Bose in mathematics. Actually he was a quantum physicist who made a breakthrough with the prediction of a quantum state of a material - now called 'Bose-Einstein Condensate'.This is the fifth state of matter.
