The basic meaning of organizational conflict is disagreement by individuals or groups within the organization which centers on factors varying from resource allocation and divisions of responsibility for the direction of the organization.


Examples of conflicts within an organization include the conflict which occurs when workers start demanding a higher pay and the owner is determined to keep the workers at the same pay.


Another example of conflict can be between the working groups within an organization when two people do not agree on one thing. Moreover conflict can occur between the managers and trade unions.
