What are the means of living in a hill region

Living on a hilly region is very interesting though trouble some .The atmospheric conditions of this place are not adverse thus can make the inhabitants comfortable.The only problem with this is that hills are generally hard to accesses for the fact that the terrain is generally rugged thus cannot support the construction of major infrastructure that leads to the places hence making life in hills a little bit tough.
