Answer:

The main reason behind anaemia is the deficiency of Iron which forms a main component of haemoglobin.this problem is mainly faced by the women due to various reasons like periods and improper diet.periods may lead to loss of excess of blood which may lead to iron insufficiency. Food containing iron and which promote the synthesis of RBC form the vital source.the food may include jaggery, dry fruits, spinach, milk which are easily available to all communities of people. spinach can be considered as the richest and cheapest source of iron.apart from this Government is also taking special steps to improve the health standards of women by providing a healthy diet to the pregnants and also through various food security missions. It gives a detailed account of the females who are suffering from anaemia every year through their official statistics so that under nourished women take care of themselves there by promoting a healthy India
