The way(exercise) to increase to your height are:
i. Tadaasan (15 sec)
ii. Vriksha aasan(15 sec)
iii. Katichakra aasan(20 sec)
iv. Plank(1 min)
v. Pop jumb(x10)
vi. Pull ups(start from 1)
vii. Take 1 mg Protein
viii. Try to add at least meat in your meal once a day.
ix. Always have a deep and enough sleep.
x. Go out in sunshine daily.
xi. Stay enthusiast.
