census method refers to complete enumeration of a universe census method is necessary in some cases like population census ,animal census,agriculture census etc for g anning vast knowledge but in contray this and method is not applicable as well as needed to some social problems because it is costly and the time consuming it is difficult to study the whole universe because financial and require for it to complete the study
