DEMERITS-
1. misuse of govrement money by current govrement leaders.
2.small party who want to give for the society do not do any thing.
3. ultimately more copetitive leaders come in the power who do not give good work for the society.

2) people will have lots of options among various leader

3) people can select a particular leader who can solve their problems .

4) political competition leads to the development of the nation

Demerits :-

1) it creates disunity and factionalism .

2) candidate often use dirty tricks to discredit their opponents and win election

3) different political parties and leaders often level allegation against one another .
