Merits:
- Good design
- Reflection in the mirrors keep the bulding highlighted.
- Attractive
we will not receive much sunlight because most of the sunlight is reflected back .
Demerits:
the surroundings feel more light and also more heat due to reflected light
- Cost is high
- It changes the passing by driver's concentration.
