Every Child has to study upto 8th standard.

No school can fail any children upto class 8th

This is also written in our constitution in Article 21 part (a)

But some school can't follow it So government also take strict action against them

Extra classes would be conducted for class 10th and 12th in winter vacation

HYDERABAD: Even though the state government is spending around Rs 15,000 crore per annum on the education sector that comprises of 29,000 government schools with a student strength of 26 lakh, the School Education Department said that donations are required from the people to strengthen the sector.

However, several donors wanting to donate are unable to do so as the state government’s website — https://esredu.telangana.gov.in — which it had launched recently to allow prospective donors to register and donate anything from a pencil and a book to sponsoring construction of a classroom or school building, is under ‘construction and improvement’. Officials said that the website would be available in a day or two.
