heyya here is uh answer.....
vegetative propagations .....
there are 3.main ways of it....
1)Grafting:-is taking tissue from one plant and combining it with the tissue from another
this is done by cutting of scion Or branch from a species wid desirable stems, leaves and buds frm one plant .the scion is a glued whr the branch is removed ...it gets nutrients frm the second species ...commonly grafted plants are :-apple ,, pear ND grapevines..
2)Layering:-is creating 2 plants getting roots to grow frm a branch ND cutting the connection between the parent plant.. branches,or stem of the plants are bent downwards while still attached to the parent plant and buried in the soil adventitious roots grow in the soil frm the branch...
this can be done wid blackberry ND bonsai plants.
3)cutting:-is very similar to layering except that a branch wid the buds is completely removed frm the parent plant one end of the cutting is placed in soil adventitious roots grow frm the buried end..
it can be done with pineapples.. plum trees..
hope it helps uh....
