the mines are not under the private undertakings because whatever is extracted from the Earth is of the government . it is rule that we can only extract a specific limit inside the earth beyond that limit the all material belongs to the government so for mines belongs to the government as the minds lead to great discovery of economic minerals that can lead to the more prosperity of the country's development and the individual can take a wrong advantage of it for this reason only the mines are belong to government
