1- Ali Alhassan Ibn Al-Haytham

He totally changed the ancient theories about light and process of vision, by observing pathway of light entering in dark room.

2- Abdul Malik Asmai

He worked on various subjects such as poetry, Arabic grammar, Botany, zoology and animal husbandry. He was also interested in breeding of horses and camels and classification of plants. He is regarded as the first Muslim zoologist because he is the first Muslim scientist who studied animals in detail.

3- Bu Ali Sina

He worked on psychology and described several human psychological disorders and their causes. He described relationship between mind and physical activities of body, defining how mind effects mood and behavior in humans.

4- Jabir Bin Hayan

He introduced experimental investigation in chemistry.
