what are the natural floods and what are the man made floods why are the urban areas getting floooded after rainfall so frequently in recent times

Natural floods are the floods which are created naturally for the reasons like depressions, etc and has no effect from man-made features like pollution or dams etc.

Man-made floods are the floods which are created for the reasons like excessive liberation of gases like S02, Co2 or which happens because of rise in water level because of some hydroelectric project ( dam ) etc, urban areas usually get affected by it because of governments who try to save bigger cities and ignore urban areas ( i.e breaking a small dam to change the course of river etc.)
