boiling is a physical process .When water starts boiling the changes of matter takes place .Boiling point of water is taken as 100 degree celcius. At this temperature the liquid is as seen starts converting to steam( water vapour) . The steam at 100 degree celcius is mote effective heating agent than water at the same temperature.
