Totipotent cells are stem cells which can be developed in any type of cell which helps to make the human body.


Zygotes is the only totipotent cells in humans and it is formed during the process of fertilization when there will be a fusion of male sperm cell and female’s egg cell.


So you can say that it is all based on the concept of Human reproduction.
